Payment methods
Credit or Debit Card
In our online store, payments can be made through credit or debit cards. Thepolet.com offers a 100% safe credit card payment system. All card numbers are encrypted and securely stored in our database, then transmitted directly to the credit card administrator.
When you pay with a credit or debit card, you will need to provide the following information:
- Name on the Card: The name as it appears on your card.
- Card Number: The 16-digit number on the front of your card.
- Expiration Date: The month and year your card expires.
- Security Code: The 3-digit (on Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or 4-digit (on American Express) security code.
Additionally, the billing address associated with your credit card must be entered during the purchase process. This information is necessary to verify your payment and ensure the security of your transaction.
Paying with a Gift Card
You can use a physical or electronic gift card from any of our brands, as well as an Options gift card, to purchase merchandise or services at any of our online stores.
Important:
- Gift cards cannot be used to make payments on any credit card account.
How to Use a Gift Card:
Proceed to Checkout:
When you're ready to purchase, click the Checkout button in the top right corner of the website
Enter Gift Card Details:
In the payments section of checkout, type the 16-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN (found on the back of the card) exactly as they appear.
Apply Gift Card:
Click Apply.
Confirmation:
You see a confirmation message that the gift card value has been applied.
Notes:
- Full Coverage: If the gift card covers the entire purchase amount, no additional payment is necessary.
- Partial Coverage: If the gift card does not cover the entire purchase amount, you can use another payment method to cover the remaining balance.
- Expiration and Terms: Gift cards are subject to expiration dates and terms as defined by the issuing brand.
