RESERVING A PRODUCT
It is not possible to reserve any article in our online store.
WHY IS THE PRODUCT NOT IN THE ONLINE STORE?
At the end of the season, some items may not appear in our online store. The maintenance service removes products that are no longer available and whose stock will not be renewed until the end of the season.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS
Our online store presents the principal characteristics of the article in the technical specifications section of the product. However, it may occur that the images, photographs and colors of the articles on sale do not correspond to the real colors depending on the Internet browser or the screen used.
Returns
How do Return an item?
Once we received your return, the amount of the returned items will be issued to your bank account. The products can be returned within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt of the order, or a credit note may be requested within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
Once we received your return, we will process your refund within a maximum period of 48 hours. The amount of the returned items will be issued to your bank account.
